Alright, so right now EI has 18 ranks.
It takes about 3 months for people to work up to Sig which is the rank before you're an official HR
People don't like this, and people wont join EI because we have 18 ranks
Time to propose a vote.
[1] Drop EI down to 13 ranks total,
4 LR - People at rank 2 and under will start at LR 1, 3-4 will start at LR 2, 5 will start at LR 3, and 6 at LR 4.
4 Mr - People at LR 7 will start at start at MR 1, LR 8-9 MR 2, People at ranks 10-11 will start at MR 3, and any signifer will start at MR right away.
4 HR - Manjoe will have his own rank, along with 3 ranks under it. Liquidation will share his rank but will still be our official third in command.
This system will make getting promotions easier, and will make our group look more appealing with less ranks.
