We are starting a point system based on activity.
Here are the rules of points. If you come to trainings you get them, if you miss them you lose them. You will start out with 10. When you reach 0, you get demoted and restart the process. You will also gain them too. Once you reach 20, you get promoted and restart the process. If you host a training make a notepad and send me the stats through a PM or a skype message.
Every Training missed while online: 5 points taken away.
Every Training missed while offline: 1 point taken away.
Every time you disrespect a higher rank or talk back: 1 point taken away.
Every Training attended: 1 point given.
Every First Place in training event: 5 points given.
Note: If you are a Spartan in training, you will automatically be promoted after a training, but you have ten chances to go to one of the trainings or you will be exiled/Put in slavery.
