Below is all you'll need to know about War Command's system.
_>War Command Credits(WCc)<_
War Command Credits are given to troopers who have shown improvement, maturity, leadership, etc. Each time a Trooper is given WCc, the Superintendent will be notified and store all the points in an Excel database. Once you’ve reached the certain amount of WCc needed to earn your promotion, the Superintendent will let a Field Officer know and you’ll be promoted to the next rank in the system. The amount of WCc given to a Trooper is based on the type of group event is being held:
Training – 0-5 WCc
Raid/Defense – 0-10WCc
_>War Command Officer Credits(WCOc)<_
War Command Officer Credits are given to Lieutenant+ each time they attend an HC event. That could include meetings, hosting trainings, giving out WCc, hosting raids, etc.
Attending HC Meetings – 0-2 WCOc
Hosting Trainings – 0-5 WCOc
Hosting Raids/Leading Defenses – 0-10 WCOc

_>Unauthorized<_
The rank of Unauthorized is only for the people who haven’t yet purchased the uniform. You cannot attend trainings in this rank.
*From Level 1 Trooper and up, you’re expected to attend group events and keep the wall active.*
_>Level 1 Trooper<_
In order to reach Level 1 Trooper, you must purchase the uniform and let a Field Officer know once you’ve done so.
_>Level 2 Trooper<_
In order to reach Level 2 Trooper, you must earn at least 50 War Command Credits(WCc). Once you’ve earned 50 WCc, you’ll be promoted to Level 2 Trooper.
_>Level 3 Trooper<_
In order to reach level 3 Trooper, you must earn at least 150 WCc. Once you’ve earned 150 WCc, you’ll be promoted to Level 3 Trooper.
_>Level 4 Trooper <_
In order to reach Level 4 Trooper, you must earn at least 350 WCc. Once you’ve earned 350 WCc, you’ll be promoted to Level 4 Trooper.
*Lieutenants are responsible for hosting trainings for Troopers and giving out WCc to them and letting the Superintendent know who got the WCc and how much was given. Lieutenants are also expected to attend other Officer events.*
_>Lieutenant<_
In order to reach Lieutenant, you must earn at least 550 WCc. Once you’re earned 550WCc, you’ll be chosen by the Councilmen(Council) for your official promotion to Lieutenant. Lieutenant is the first Officer rank.
*Field Officers are responsible for hosting trainings for Troopers and giving out WCc to them and letting the Superintendent know who got the WCc and how much was given. Field Officers are also expected to promote Unauthorized Soldiers once they’ve purchased the uniform, and receiving messages from the Superintendent on who receives promotions.*
_>Field Officer<_
In order to reach Field Officer, you must earn at least 500 War Command Officer Credits(WCOc). Once you’ve earned 500 WCOc, you’ll be chosen by the Councilmen(Council) for your official promotion to Field Officer. Field Marshal is the second Officer rank.
*Councilmen are responsible for deciding if the Level 4 Trooper or Lieutenant with all of the required WCc or WCOc is ready for the next rank in the system. Councilmen are also expected to host meetings for officers.*
_>Councilman<_
In order to reach Councilman, you must earn at least 1100 WCOc. Once you’ve earned 1100 WCOc, you’ll be chosen by the Superintendent for your official promotion to Councilman. Councilman is the first High Command Rank.
_>Superintendent<_
Unobtainable.
The job of the Superintendent is to keep track of all the members and their WCc or WCOc in an Excel database. Once a member has acquired the required amount of WCc or WCOc, he will message a Field Officer and that Field Officer will promote the member that was messaged to him.
