This comment is a little late but to those of you who got a gift card, don't select credit, select debit, credit is like insurance card ans stuff, so if you got a gift card, select debit. Also, if you put in any wrong info for your card or address, it will block you out of the purchase because it thinks you are scamming it, so unless you put in the right info, you will be blocked for exactly 1 day. The choice is obvious. Either tweet ROBLOX Help and Support, ROBLOX, or email [email protected] with the URL, message, and other details such as what you are using to buy. If it is virtual currency, still do this but say robux or tix or whatever. Best regards, from Thomaslongnose

Try purchasing this from a mobile device on the ROBLOX app. This worked for me, except I use a debit card, so apple had some malfunctions when paying for my item.
