This will increase the chance of an IP Ban by a random percent (roblox decide plz).
so like exploiters/hackers won't use alts anymore cuz ip ban!!!!

ever heard of poison bans?
the roblox wikia says that sometimes if you bypass an ip ban, they give you a poison ban (account is terminated, and account creation is disabled) |

And how do you suppose they disable account creation?
Browser cookies, IP logging?
All easy bypasses.
Now, MAC Address banning is a different story. |
