Try "Queen Anne's Revenge" it is probably taken but that was the name of blackbeard's ship. I will try to find some more actual pirate ships that you could use.

Or you could go with John Hasely's ship the "Charles" he is arguably one of the most honorable pirates of the time period assuming you are interested in making it for the golden age of piracy.
