That's because the community consists of trolls, raging 9 year olds, and angsty teenagers.
"There needs to be a system for the roblox players that dont just OD, troll, and hate. It will be called a "Good Robloxian" badge, and it will be awarded to players who have not been warned/banned within 1 year, If you get banned, you have to wait a year before you get it again."
Trolling isn't a reportable offense, and "hating" could simply be "I don't like this because *reason*"

Now the special ability thing is not anything unfair, but it will be useful.
I imagine that moderators go through a huge list of reports, but with this special ability, your reports will be outlined, and bolded, making it more noticable. Also, any reports against you will be highlighted, to keep you in check. The special ability will also let your role in "Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down" system be bigger. There will be a separate thumbs up and down meter, only for the Good Robloxians. That one will count more."
That is unfair, because while you may be a good person, you could also be one of those people who reports everybody for idiotic reasons. Also, if I have this badge, then if someone reports me for an idiotic reason, then it's going to be noticed.
"The last special ability is the ability to write REVIEWS. Reviews will be different than the commentary, and you have to give the game a score (for example, 7/10), and write WHY you think so. Those reviews can be thumb'ed up and down, and whichever one with the most thumbs ups will be the first one you see."
This can also be spammed, and spamming isn't a reportable offense.

The admins will know what people will want more, and will take that into consideration. This will stop the flow of bad updates or moderation, or anything else.
