Okay, if you couldn't been able to join any Roblox games. And the message on it says "Roblox is updating" What you first need to do is, Uninstall Google chrome and Roblox. Make sure you delete all the data for Google chrome when you're uninstalling it. If you have any other programs like Internet Explore and Mozilla Fire Fox download Google chrome from there. Once you do that re-download Roblox do that same process it tells you to do when downloading it. Once the download is complete do NOT leave that page where it tells you the steps on how to download roblox. It's very important that you leave it open. Once the download is complete click on Play and this message will pop up. https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/204495180-ROBLOX-Chrome-Update-2015 If you look at this article the message will say this. Do what the article tells you to do. And there you go, it will work. If it doesn't then I'm not sure what's going on.

THIS DOESN'T WORK! I followed the steps, and still that LOADING PAGE. I re-installed Google Chrome and ROBLOX.

Once you click play to a random game it will re-download roblox for you.

Well Supa, I'm not sure for your situation then. Because I've uninstall Google chrome. and deleted the data on it. What it does is it's basically going to clear our the bookmarks, etc. And you'll have to log back to your youtube, Google, yahoo, etc.

I uninstalled roblox, Uninstalled Google chrome (Deleted all data) I restarted my Computer, Re-downloaded Google Chrome from IE, Then Played a random game, Still not working and its telling me I still need to download Roblox when I re-downloaded it also.
