[HAU] Response towards RBA's war declaration.

I talked with Retaliant for awhile on skype and he only declared war because SCR offered to fight this war for them. Retaliant refused to negotiate that term at all, therefore I will propose a new deal. RBA may use SCR, however here is the catch SCR may only bring the same amount of members as RBA has. Lets imply RBA rallies 7 people (which is very realistic) SCR may also bring in 7 members to support them, making their raiding/defensive force double the original size to begin with. This makes it so RBA isn't completely riding Nick. Otherwise, any of the other terms I'm alright with. Too top this off, HAU won't use any allies. What could possibly be better than that RBA?
