There was an awesome idea like this where it said it wasn't limited to only membership but we could all submit hats to the staff, then they'd choose hats they like (out of all the hats that are submitted), they can be drawn on paper, or whatever else and if they like your idea, they'll sell it. No. Ripping off of Steam is one thing. Incorporating it into ROBLOX is another thing. Also, minimodding is against the rules.
