FORT AND TRAINING PLACE MAKERS? I NEED BOTH.

I need a good fort and a decent training place for a clan I am making named Merxia. ~~~Requirements for fort: 1. Must be FULLY COMPATIBLE AND ADAPTED TO MY CLAN. (Group link: http://www.roblox.com/My/Groups.aspx?gid=2520169) 2. Must have a team changer GUI (to enter the merxia team the person has to be in the group). Also, the fort has to have a visitor team, but the visior team gets no tools. 3. The map must not be very big, but not too small either. It must be at least a little bit detailed. It doesn't have to be fabulous but a bit of detail is a must. 4. Must have a functional capturable terminal (again, adapted to Merxia) 5. It must be a fair fort, no incredible advantages for anyone. Will pay between 750 and 2000 for it, depending on how detailed it is. If the fort does not fulfill my requirements I will not even look at it. ~~~Requirements for training place 1. Must be easy for anyone to host a training. 2. Must not have too much detail, but some is appreciated, 3. Again, must be adapted to my clan. 4. Must have a gunfight arena, an obstacle course, a swordfight arena and other similar utilities. Will pay between 325 and 1000-1250 depending on detail and the number of utilities it has.
