@belial, king crimson is fine and dandy, but there's a reason they don't have the recognition pink floyd does. @bbt, sure bud.
i can't say i was "born in the wrong generation" but i would love to have seen some of things from an earlier time. woodstock, select concerts, etc.

pop isn't exactly the word i'm thinking of, but they are certainly commonly known/liked. i personally enjoy jefferson airplane more but pink floyd certainly isn't bad in the least.
