This guide teaches the higher ranks how to use the database properly. All usage of the database should follow these rules
==================================================================================
//:[LOGGING]
As stated above, ALL changes to the points of a member should be recorded with a log. This log should state what they did to deserve the points (training, patrol e.t.c.) and it should also state the date of the log, except with entrance obby.
Logs should come in the following format:
NameOfEvent - NameOfPointGiver - DD/MM/YY
When logging the Entrance Obby completion, the date, as stated above, is not needed. The accepted abbreviation for events:
TRAIN, RAID, DEFEND, RECRUIT, PATROL, EO [entrance obby]
//:[END OF LOGGING]
==================================================================================
//:[POINT AWARDING]
Points should be awarded with control and without bias. Giving out points too generously can lead to demotion.
All points issued should be done with reference to this list:
Entrance obby - 10 points [one time]
Training - 1-10 points
Raid - 1-15 points
Defense - 1-15 points
Patrolling - 1-10 points
Recruitment - 2 per active member
Active Contribution to the wall - 5 points [HRs discretion]
Building - CRs discretion, it must be used
// Points given for recruitment and patrolling can be doubled if the user participates in the event without orders from a HR.
// A minimum of one point should be given for attending an event if there was no misbehavior.
The list is a limit of how much you can give for a single event. The points, as stated above, should not be given out too generously and should be awarded for actual skill and maturity.
When awarding points, you should not tell the member publicly.

==================================================================================
//:[POINT DEDUCTION]
Misbehaving members can have their points deducted. Stratarian higher ranks should maintain good standards of discipline in their events, meaning misbehaving members should have their points deducted, even if it's a small offence.
The only way to make sure members will not misbehave is to be strict.
The recommended point deductions are below. This list should only be used as a guideline.
When deducting points you should always include a log with the date and why the points were deducted.
Inactivity [5-100 points deduction]
Basic offence [15-30 points deduction]
Medium offence [35-55 points deduction]
High offence [60-100 points deduction]
When deduction points, the member should not be specifically notified.
