LAWS

Law 1: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall address The President as ”Sir”, “President”, or highly suggested, ”‘Your Eminence”. The President deserves the utmost respect. Peacekeepers and up will be addressed as “Sir”, “Ma’am” or by their specified rank.
Law 2: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall obey everyone with the rank of Peacekeeper and up.
Law 3: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall have respect for everyone, especially The President. Discrimination in any form is not tolerated.
Law 4: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall keep the Group Wall and in-game chat clean and free of any group other than Panem, negativity and cussing.
Law 5: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall not “troll” in any form.
Law 6: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall not attempt to inflict harm on Citizens and Government Officials alike (roleplay assaulting).
Law 7: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall not steal from businesses, citizens, and Government Officials and property (roleplay stealing).
Law 8: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall not interfere in Peacekeeper punishments, operations, or with personnel.
Law 9: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall not trespass on Government buildings or any Citizen’s houses unless granted permission.
Law 10: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem shall not use the Team Chat feature for unnecessarily purposes.
Law 11: As mandated by The President of Panem, Enlists to Head Peacekeeper MUST wear their uniform when in-game, and MUST be in both groups “Panem” and the Peace Keepers group.
Law 12: As mandated by The President of Panem, Tributes shall follow the dress code etc.
•Normal hair.
•Normal character colors.
•Normal face.
Law 13: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens in Panem shall not cause arguments, fights, riots, uprising, rebellion and so on in Group Places or on the Group Wall.
Law 14: As mandated by The President of Panem, the use of the Mockingjay symbol is permitted in non-rebellious terms.
Law 15: As mandated by The President of Panem, discussion about the Hunger Games novels and films are permitted, as long as it is on non-controversial or rebellious topics.
Law 16: As mandated by The President of Panem, Citizens of Panem will only speak the national language of Panem, Newspeak, on the group wall, shout and in-game.
Law 17: As mandated by The President of Panem, advertisement of places, games, or groups within Panem is not tolerated.
