A Solution to Onyx's Problems [C&G, need your opinions also]

To start, I'd like to give some background. Zack2turnt, a Grand General in Onyx, is under fire for threatening people, disrespecting people, and other things. I think the main argument being made here is that he doesn't have enough experience as an HR. Because of this, I have an idea to solve our problems. I believe that HRs in Onyx should be required to take a course on being an HR. It would be one 30-minute long lesson. I would have HRs in other top clans teach the lesson, or HRs in Onyx teach the lesson. All people would be required to take this course in order to become an HR. They could take the course at any time after becoming an MR, but would not be eligible for a promotion to HR until they had passed. All current HRs, including the 1iC and 2iC, would have to take the course. If they did not take it within a certain amount of time, they would be demoted to Harbinger until they did. -Zygostatic, Onyx Savage
