Allow users to update the image on Gamepasses

I need to update the image on several of my gamepasses, and I would rather not create completely new gamepasses, then double the scripting on my places, just so I can have a different image.

No, if this system was implemented, anyone can change any gamepass image at anytime, which means that if you bought a cute gamepass for a pokemon, the next moment the picture could become a hate message on women

@Da that is a weak argument used against being able to modify things please get out you shouldnt remove an amazing idea because of a few notable abusers

@DaCurzon the same reason could apply to thumbnails on games that are favorited often same with a front page game's thumbnail same with groups
