Really weird GTA5 graphics, unplayable.

I'm getting these really weird graphical errors like everything being random colours, textures being crap and all that. Lighting is awful too. I'm in the process of uninstalling ALL AMD drivers and install the newest one to see if that works, wish me luck.

Re-installed drivers, no difference. Verifying game using steam now.

It most likely your drivers. What graphics card do you have? The drivers specifically for it may be weird or requiring an update. @gentledeadkiller; How does you're sarcastic comment benefit anyone? ;-;

Lol. If someone asks for help on a forum based on video-games, I'm going to try and help. Telling someone to contact developers, as intelligent as contacting them would, in such a sarcastic and unhelpful manner is not productive in the slightest. I can't see the arrogance in what I've said. ;-;

@Calla; The port, in reality is very good. Just your average launch issues, reflections, drivers, etc. Other than that, it's an amazing port. ;-;
