Yes, pretty much... I often prefure a stratgy that ofers much Epicness... Example: Insted of sending small raiding partys to the enemy castle... I would mass my troops and all other avaible units, and have them all charge at full speed towerds their castle emitting mighty war-cries... That stratgy would both over-welm the enemy and create amazing amounts of Epicness.
