Deciding the time is right to strike against Russia and China, spying begins in the two countries. Chinese spies begin spreading the Japanese will in secret, slowly gaining enough supporters to throw a coup. Meanwhile, Russian spies look for any important meetings to intercept.
Japan agrees with the terms, however thinks that Russia should pull out of China as it was the Chinese that were planning to strike against the Japanese first, not to mention their disgusting bombings on Japanese military bases. Japan suggests Russia has grown too large for their boots, and should surrender/release more territory than given in original terms. Despite this, Japan is not expecting much wiggle room in the situation.
