BC gone for no reason

So I had bc yesterday and this morning. When I come back from school I read the message that my bc has expired. I purchased 1 month bc and it said it would renew. Is this because A. someone clicked cancel membership or B. It doesn't renew for ever. Please help I enjoyed having bc.
