First off, the servers are TERRIBLE. I can probably think that they are pi machines. Beastnode, a Minecraft hosting company has something higher than a pi for THREE DOLLARS, EACH MONTH. "Wouldn't ROBLOX have thousands of servers?" You ask? Yes, however, keep in mind that they are a millionaire company. Heck, my mother earns $1,000 dollars a week, in a small clinic, look at a company, with far grasp and advertisements UNFIT FOR KIDS. If you cannot see the difference, you are either blind or stupid, and I am sorry for you.
"But their Builder's Club is at a so generous price!" You say then? Sorry, chump, that's not how advertisement works, at least Google. They use Google advertisement, which has PROFANE pictures and promotes online dating, not to say about the viruses advertisers were able to put inside your computers. For every single view an advertiser gets, they get money. About $0.10 or so, and ROBLOX has thousands of views with people without an extension to block advertising sites.
Multiply 1,400,000,000 with $0.10. See what you get. (And no, 1,400,000,000 is not a made-up number, it is from corps.roblox.com.)

In this part, you were merely attacking the servers ran by Roblox without backing up your statement which, is obviously, ignorant and dimwitted.

I don't even know how you came up with these quoted phrases - I'm assuming you just made your own arguments up. Also, most of this paragraph is irrelevant. For example, your mother's salary has nothing to do with Roblox's servers. That just annoys me.

Once again, I believe that these phrases are just being made up to make this thread seem valid. These advertisements don't give you viruses I assure you - Roblox wouldn't do that. It's also optional to actually click on them. They don't promote online dating - I don't know how they do. Most of them are just savings and insurance for NBCers. Adblock is also an option to if you don't enjoy the ads.
The last part of this post was just unexplained and random. Don't even feel like getting too much on that.

Because the OP didn't provide evidence of bad servers, take a look at the touch event.
a) most of the time, it doesn't even notice it hit
b) and the other half of the time, it takes 2 seconds to notice it.
I know that the touch function is ran by server, because when you're in studio and play on a non-server, it has no lag, it detects right away. But when you play online, it does a and b. |
