Features to improve on comments

These are features that will help in improving ROBLOX's commentary, allowing for better reviews and lessening of spam in the comment section. (1) Liking and Disliking Comments ROBLOX should allow liking and disliking of comments in the commentary of games, items, etc. It should reduce the amount of spam and show actual and legitimate comments and reviews. From liking and disliking, you will be able to like and dislike comments, with a rating, the higher it is, the higher it would go to the top, and for disliking, the rating may go beyond zero and become negative. If it reaches to a point that's too negative, the comment will be deleted. (2) Commentary filters and sorting Another feature will be sections for organizing comments in the commentary where you will be able to sort your preference of comments in order, these few options would be to help find comments you're expecting. - Most helpful (by rating and updated comments) - Top rated (purely by rating) - Most recent (new comments) For "Most helpful", ratings with negative rating will not be shown. As for such, there will also be a filter option that will only let you see comments that are by users that have played or bought the item, so that you would know from those who has experience in that game or has already tried out the item or such. (3) Expansion on length of comments Comments have a very small limit which barely even lets you review anything thoroughly, the most you could do would be "This game is good" but that's probably as far as it goes. Comments should have a limit as long as a forum thread. Because of comment spam, there will be a "Read More" where you can expand long comments, to prevent annoyance of spam and "spam shields", so it's a choice whether you would wish to read longer reviews for detailed and more expressive feedback. So in general, these features will allow better comments and reviews for games which would be more professional and informative. "People might abuse the liking and disliking system and make alts and bots" It wouldn't be common for these to happen as when a game is popular, alts will not be able to outweigh it. So if they are to use bots however, it may be solved through e-mail verification and CAPTCHA if they rated a lot. "People might spam in the comments" The like and dislike system will let players to lower the comments which aren't helpful such as spam by disliking it and will not be shown in the "Most helpful" section. If they make long posts that would stretch your screen, a simple addition of adding a "Read More" when it reaches an amount of space or lines. TL;DR version I would like ROBLOX to add a like/dislike system, a sorting system, and an expanded length. It's funny how the first two posters didn't even read the TL;DR version and still replied. lol Anyway, I find this suggestion as a big solution to the spamming issue in the commentary. There is no constructive criticism I can give you as this thread is essentially flawless in the means of logic and format. Great job! Support
