USA does not have small pox in labs. Only Russia does.

We keep the smallpox so that in case the Russian smallpox gets into the wrong hands we can make a vaccine.

Actually since 2003 we have spent 800 billion in that time span on the war. It is not annually. WWII wouldn't even cost that much by today's standards. ------------------------------------------------------- The defense budget has been at 500 billion since 2003. So: 2003: 500 b 2004: 500 b 2005: 500 b 2006: 500 b 2007: 500 b 2008: 500 b 2009: 500 b We've spent 2.5 trillion on it so far.

Actualy the vaccine is already made. USA only keeps like 1 sample.

The F-22 can still defeat any plane in the world.

To date, the total cost of war that has been allocated by Congress is $915.1 billion, with $687 to Iraq and $228 to Afghanistan (not all numbers add due to rounding). ___________________ That is copy-pasted from nationalpriorities.org.

That's near one trillion. That one trillion could have been used to make shoes, clothes and food. Instead we put it towards causing death! Why?

However your estimate was completely wrong. THe government does not make products for us. We are not communist.

And I'm saying we should be more Communist. My estimate was wrong, but I was adding up the defense budget since 2003.

If we were more communist there would be less incentive to work. THus bringing about forced work whcih would then bring about a dictator.

Less incentive to work? "In Communism, if you don't work, you don't eat." -Vladmir Lenin.

Except the government would be viewed as cruel and hateful to the world and would lose all of its support.

THAT'S HOW IT IS UNDER CAPITALISM! Except under Communism, at least you are working for the greater good of society, and not the profit of a Corporation.

I hate it when people start comparing Russia planes with American planes, It just leads to a flamewar...

The stealths and F22's are the best fighters ever. End of discussion 1. USA destroy's every country it attacks. Japanese attack Pearl Harbour and kill 20,000 people. USA decides to throw Atom Bombs at Japan and kills atleast 20 million. Al Qeada attacks the WTC and kills almost 3000 people. Yet again, USA overreacts and starts sending in thousands of squads. Canada on the otherhand, civilian casualties by the Canadian Army are rare and Canada only goes in for peacekeeping while America destroys that country. Thus, Canada is better than USA in peacekeeping.

I think WWII was the most skilled aviation era EVER. Think about it. Back then, in the dawn of aviation, during warfare, planes were engaged in dogfights. Flying through the sky, during loops and banking left and right! Trying to pummel the enemy with bullets and not get hit himself. Nowadays, it's all about missiles. A plane flies behind and enemy plane, locks on target, launches the TARGET SEEKING MISSILE and flys away after the enemy plane is blown up.

@BioIronman America does keep small amounts of small pox in labs but AMERICAN scientists were the ones who found the cure (the harmless cow pox). And therefore, has never been a case of small pox since 1974.
