people are people and you're still leading them in something
is it over a computer? yes
does it require less courage and actually social skills? yes
so semi0agree |

agree but there are certain leadership qualities |
|

you have to lead your members and decide plans
you have to be patient. it teaches a lot tbh, I am in an Airforce thing |

@SAP I am in 3 different clubs.
Just because I play video games, doesn't mean I don't go outside. |

i agree with this statement
although people can demonstrate leadership qualities, roblox simply isn't good enough a platform to effectively use this potential |

Semi Agree
You dont gain combat skills
But you gain knowledge of somewhat of a way on how to gain loyalty/respect and get people to follow you.

i totally agree that roblox leadership isnt true leadership
you don't get people to do things, you incentive them, with money, friendship, notoriety, ranks, you name it.
ultimately the people of your clan don't want what you want, they just are willing to help you in exchange for whatever you have to offer them.
true leadership is leading people through an objective they believe in, roblox leadership is a form of barter. |

I don't like putting a 3rd option unless it is specified that I can.
So I will say disagree. Sure it is easier because it is digital, sure there is less pressure and less investment (other than time).
But if you can lead a war clan or roblox company and actually get something successful going, than you either had luck or good leadership. Just because it is online does not mean it isn't leadership, and there is really no such thing as "true leadership" since a leader in the military is much different than a CEO, which is much different than a supervisor. They are all real leaders, they all use real leadership qualities, but they have different responsibilities. |

Before we answer this question, would the original poster lay out the definition of "leadership" they're using for this poll? Thanks. |

It depends on the clan
Some clans have true leadership, even if it isnt that refined
Whilst others are just pure chaos that survives only by directing its mayhem on other clans rather than it imploding on itself. |
