This is not the only time I've been concerned. I'm not irritated, but I would like an explanation.
I also don't see how other HRs can go inactive for the same amount, sometimes longer times, and stay the same rank. |

1. The inactive ones got demoted, you were the only one with a long time of inactivity, so you got demoted to M4.
2. We're going through a HR reform on this weekend.
