"Every time catgogo5 replies to this thread, a child goes hungry in the world"
Every time you reply,
A child needs to go to a hospital for Raip.
You dumbass.....The text below just embarrassed you.
"Support, I can't even use the ability I have in Guest Illuminati"
A group, and you'll see why this feature is important.
"It's very disappointing knowing that A Guest Shirt can't be put back in store without the owner coming in to help."
That stinks, doesn't it?
Not being able to contribute to a group, where your JOB is to contribute.
"This could also be a large problem with a group with an NBC leader,"
I hear you, I am an NBC leader, and can't even make uniforms,
I am bad at uniform making anyway...<- I never even tried though...
And to top it all off, NONE of my members are able to Upload for me.
Uploading is a natural feature, for the 9th time.
It's what keeps a group active, It's what helps a group GROW.
It's what keeps the group going FORWARD
If I can't upload, the first uniform, the group isn't going onward.
And if my members can't do it for me, it's still the same scenario.
Can't have an official uniform, and won't get anywhere.
Can't promote the group with a uniform we don't have.
"and no BC members high enough in the group to publish instead."
This is a problem,
The very ESSENCE of a group, is the ability to upload as a first action.
And a action for the future...
People must UPDATE their group uniform, with new designs,
But we can't if we aren't given that option...
You see the dark side of an immoral decision....
Groups aren't given their fullest responsibilities,
And no new groups can grow,
This implies, roblox wasted their group system, and took advantage of newer groups...
I don't care what B.S you got...
"It's a new group, the owner must still have BC, right?"
Not always the case,
There's still the matter of creating the uniform in the first place.
"But if had prepared the Uploads before making the group,
Shouldn't he have made them?"
What if the owner lost BC 3 days after creating the uniform?
You can't SELL it, granted, you lost BC.
But still, the least you can do, is allow a group to ponder their stuff, it's none of your damn business what a group sells.
There's still the matter of UPLOADING new uniforms in the future.
"What if they had it planned ahead of time?"
You're an idiot,
If they HAD planned it, they'd use the UPDATED[Better] Uniform,
And not the OUTDATED[First] Uniform.
Not to mention, they still couldn't upload it, without BC,
And BC is a luxury, few can afford,
Poverty
Welfare
Robbery
Bribery
Assault
Shopping
Rent
Bills
etc.
Not everyone can pay for BC,
Take note, people know this for a FACT,
LIFE isn't easy
You need to work a job to live
To feed your family
And you can either get Demoted, promoted, or fired
Your job may not even pay well...
Japanese animators get 1 buck per animation frame.
A full animation, let's assume it's 10 frames, is 10 bucks.
A Animation job is AMERICA pays like, 10 per frame, If i recall.
1 dollar is illegal in America, the minimum wage is too low.
Some people are rumored to commit suicide in japan, for such low pay.
Let me look up how WRONG i am about Japan's Animation jobs.
Japan's Animation Industry isn't just tough, It's
"Illegally Harsh" Says American Artist.
By Amid Amidi on Sunday March 8, 2015 11:51 pm
"American animator Henry Thurlow moved to Tokyo to live out his dream of creating anime in the Japanese animation industry."
Little did he know, of the pay...
"It took him four years to become good enough to get hired at a studio."
YEARS? For such a small amount of money?
You'll probably not get to live a dream, you'll die before then.
"When he finally achieved his goal, he discovered work conditions that were nothing short of slave labor, with studios paying as low as $25 per week."
25 per WEEK
Let's divide by this.
25 dollars, for every 7 days...
3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 <- nope, not 25
4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28 <- Nope, too much.
3.5, 7, 10.5, 14, 17.5, 21, 24.5 <- Oh crap, this 3.5 division is close.
Glad i didn't divide by like, 16...-_-
If i had, it'd by like, 70 bucks.
"Says Thurlow to Buzzfeed:" <- THE buzzfeed.
“Let’s just be clear: It’s not a ‘tough’ industry… It’s an ‘illegally harsh’ industry. They don’t pay you even remotely minimum wage, they overwork you to the point where people are vomiting at work and having to go to the hospital for medicine."
Poverty? Slave labor? Illegally being accountable for abusing your people.
"They demand that you come in whenever they realize a deadline isn’t going to be met."
To fire you, probably? You just don't pay you...gg.
"That probably means about a month and a half of nonstop work without a single day off."
Roblox staff have it EASY in this context.
"Then you will be allowed to go back to your regular six-day workweeks of 10-hour days."
10 hours...THIS is 150% of what LIFE itself IS.
You don't live the easiest life,
You work to buy food, water, internet.
You might not even get ENOUGH for BC on roblox.
"No one talks, or gets lunch together or anything."
They're scared of the low pay, and MUST get the job done,
You they'll not make it through their life.
"They just sit and work in complete silence and seem uninterested in changing this."
Well? Any Objections, lady?
"Thurlow, whose credits at Japanese studios include Nakamura-Productions and Pierrot Studios, has ended up in the hospital three times due to exhaustion and illness. Amazingly, he still thinks the experience has been worth it because the anime projects he’s worked on in Japan have been more creatively satisfying than American productions:"
Hospital trips, 3 times....
He's probably scared of losing his job, if he speaks out.
If that's not the case, something's dreadfully wrong with him.
“When I was working as an animator in New York I could afford an apartment, buy stuff, and had time to ‘live a life.’ But the artist inside of me was screaming at the fact I wasn’t making really high-quality feature films and series. Now everything about my life is utterly horrible, however the artist in me is completely satisfied.”
This, by itself, is conjecture.
You must 'have a life' to animate for japan.
Dying, for the sake of animating, is a sick goal,
Sure, you entertain others, for the SAKE of others...
But if you die too soon, who's going to animate for the people?
You can't be so arrogant and foolish,
If it was for the people, and the "artist inside"
You'd live, for that reason,
So they can continue to live on, seeing your animations.
This sentiment is almost like a Suicide note.
In a Reddit AMA that Thurlow did, he gave more details on the poor pay of anime studios:
"The amount of money you earn from day to day changes … since it’s based on how many frame you draw."
That's probably a BAD thing.
"On Monday I might draw simple corrections on a whole bunch of frame (adding effects that were forgotten by other animators, or “Kii energy” or something like that) resulting in me being able to draw 40 drawings in one day and make over $150 depending on the series."
150 isn't like, the 300 one makes in an average job.
You need like 50 bucks or more, for the Water bill.
100 money left...
Plus the Power bill[assuming you don't use sun power] another 50+
50 money left...
The Food you eat? Let's assume you spent 15 dollars.
45 money left...
And not to mention RENT
50 bucks, maybe? Let's assume it's only 25
20 bucks.
20 isn't good enough, to pay for movies, games, roblox,
It's not good enough to pay the Internet bill...maybe 20 bucks?
0 bucks remain,
Not even enough money to pay for hospitals,
Not enough to pay for Gas
Not enough for a new car, if the old one breaks down,
Not enough for a motorcycle.
Not enough for a wedding ring,
Not enough to pay for damages to your house,
Not enough for anything but dollar tree...
Pay for clothes? Nope,
No clothes either...
The least of your worries, is bills...
The worst to happen, is someone mugs you, and runs of with the money.
Or you end up in debt....
"Tuesday-Thursday however, I might have to do the trace-back and inbetweens for a super detailed shot from Tokyo Ghoul (which is really fun btw)…but results in me only drawing 5 frames per day each of those days ($12 a day or so)."
Not that good, ugh.
"Each month at Pierrot I earn about $1000."
1000 in REAL LIFE, not in fantasy, is a small amount.
The average person, has around 3800, just not on their person.
Rich people have around 6000+.
"Each month at my previous “slave-labor” studio, I earned about $300 a month."
300 a month?
3600 bucks a year.
Not exactly a good amount,
You still get 12 a day, or less...
It varies by the time per frame,
Some people don't get 12 a day, 360 a month, and not 3000+ a year.
This reflects greatly on roblox personally, these factors
don't directly relate to roblox, but instead, revolve around the concept and example of roblox, and the context in which it is shown. |
