How do you stay motivated to finish projects?

I get really bored of working on stuff quickly, and never end up finishing anything. Any tips, tricks, suggestions, comments?

The way I'm getting motivated for the game I'm currently working on is thinking of the rewards at the end. You can't view it because my game is inactive.. I think of it this way: I can help take out those ODer attracting games.. by filling in one more slot in the Popular section, I can inspire people to actually make GOOD games and stuff, so yuz :3
