If I'm honest, I fairly enjoyed it. They went to far with the rude jokes and the twins were really annoying, but I love sci-fi and action movies. Put the two of them together and you've kinda won me over. I don't know about the story, but I loved the final battle scene. I once called it "my favourite movie" but I really meant "my favourite battle"
