First of all. Qohi demoted 2 pages which I saw from precise's screenshot. He had to make his decision.
Alos, he admitted that hr had nerf swords not like others who will runaway. |

@PreciseLogic. I do have proof. Go look where SinisterHikaru and Flamingray12 are ranked. Sapphire Syndicate used to be allies with Zircon Empire and Spank just wanted my high ranks, but like I said, I'm not going to start any arguments. Just expressing my opinions. |

@Bil Why did he nerf the swords in the first place? Coming out honest is good thing, but why did he do it in the first place? Also, Qohi demoted inactive HRs who don't host events and LRs who don't attend events. |

I observed the rise of ZE and Spank handled it well. Merges and joint-leaderships never work.

As a joint leader, Qohi should not have the power to do whatever the hell he wanted to without consent from Spank. Spank returned and found his HR's in the wrong ranks and the actions who took was correct in my eyes.

Spank left Qohi in charge and me as the acting 2iC. Qohi decided it was time for reforms and went along with the reform. From what I have witnessed, events were not being hosted by the HRs in general. It was the same 2-3 HRs hosting everyday of which I am one of them trying to host whenever I can AND the same LRs attending. Qohi most likely looked through the screenshots of the attendance that is suppose to be SENT to him AFTER every event by the HRs which from what I have heard don't happen much resulting in demotions for some and exile. Qohi took LOGICAL actions while Spank just acted like a tyrant-betraying Qohi and breaking the agreement. He has done many other dishonest, selfish, and stupid things in the past which have all been used to prove that he is not a leader.

Regardless of him being in charge or not, it was still wrong to decide to go into reforms without first discussing with the *cough* Actual leader. Joint leaderships are meant for the two leaders to discuss matters that should be handled TOGETHER, not alone. It prevents conflicts like this. I agree with Precise, groups lead by two people never work out. There are always complications that arise. |

@mag, You're right they should've discussed it out, but how could they when Res was gone?
Also, I wouldn't say that Res was the actual leader, as he and Qohi were BOTH the actual leaders besides the fact Res owned Zircon Empire. |
