What do you think of these things? --------------------------------- [[ 1. ]] A document that states all the rules and expectations of a HR. - This will be sent by a commanding officer. - Read it through fully! then, Sign it. Reply it to the commanding officer. - If caught disobeying these rules, he/she is reported to commanding officer. - He will be undergoing examination by Inspector Generals with assistance of MP. - If they fail to meet the requirements of HR, he/she is then demoted.(No Trials) - Afterwards, Inspector Generals speak to this officer and tell he/she what they have done wrong. Also tells them how to improve and what to improve on. * Basically, a simplified HR system. 1.) I think that HR system would work and it makes use of MP and Inspection officers. It removes trials which get nothing done but causes arguments that continue onto the group wall and effects the group and events. 2.) SirJoshEdwardSherman – Active, Mature, uses Grammar and knows how to train. enzonic101 - Very inactive, can sometimes be disrespectful but he's a good guy. greenmerlin - Im leaving that decision for you. Artinodst2001 - Active, somewhat mature, combat is excellent. A great HR. SirVictorBSherman - Active - Slight active, Most of the time mature. Good HR. PepSquadGal - Isn't too active, combat skills are amazing, polite and always nice mramazing1253 - Seems to be very inactive, Amazing HR, needs to be active! SirAlexJamesSherman - Respectful, uses grammar, although he likes to cause arguments. ODSTRomeo419 - Extremely inactive, although everyone says he was an amazing HR. piopio2806 - Uses grammar, combat skills are good. Argues on the wall to much. Weskerkiller221 - Very inactive, I think he said he was leaving. But a good HR. Mrdime10 - Amazing HR, always got positive attitude and amazing combat skills. walkerr5 - Active - Slightly Active, great HR, wish he could do more for the group. MasterOfWar10 - Amazing HR, knows how to get stuff done. Follows all the rules. shooterguy19 - Slightly inactive - inactive, epic HR, wish he could do more for the group. SirGoldTylerSherman - Inactive, I never see him in my time zone (GMT) Xforgerecon - Amazing HR, people need to listen to him much more and this group will become much better. joshuaip1 - Extremely inactive, I saw him like 3 months ago but wasn't on duty. FIFA142679 - Immature, Disrespectful to Trainees and HR's. Needs to do retraining. riffelmacher22 - He got his rank from Allies, I don't even know why he is HR. TonyGroce - Extremely disrespectful, his grammar isn't too good. Needs to earn some respect. A quote from his Profile that was not his. "Leadership is impossible without example, if it's without example you're not called a leader." He isn't a leader, he sets no example, He is a bad influence. 3.) - Training facility's - No more trials, inspection officers or inspector Generals. - High command which is for the HRC's and above, they make decisions for the group. - HR's need to set an example for trainees. No admin abusing. Harsh punishments for this. - TonyGroce, needs to change or else we will all move on and this group will be forgotten along with you. - More HR's ranks, like Warrant officers and Captains. Because we have a lot of HR's. 4.) What I think about our Raiding Facility. - The map is completely Bias - The American rifles are much better. - When we are outnumbered 4 - 1, we can still win because of the map and weapons. - We need a new Raiding facility that is fair.

(1) We let people get HR WAY to fast, I myself waited a damn long time until I was ready. But now we even have HRs that cant act mature enough. The MP needs to step up and deal with these HRs. (2) SirJoshEdwardSherman – Active, Always mature, shows respect to everyone and good combat skills. Great HR enzonic101 - He came back just out of the blur, seems mature, combat skills unknown (I have not hat many encounters with him) greenmerlin - Very active, acts always polite, excellent grammar, (in my eyes he is the best fighter in AA) Legendary combat skills, he is always mature. Great HR Artinodst2001 - he could do better, he could be more mature. SirVictorBSherman - Somewhat active, mature, decent combat skills. Good HR PepSquadGal - (I have had no encounters with pepsqaudgal) mramazing1253 - Inactive, but he used to be one of the best HRs in AA. SirAlexJamesSherman - Somewhat active, mature, good combat skills, excellent grammar and he shows respect. Good HR ODSTRomeo419 - Inactive but just like mramazing he was a great HR. piopio2806 - Active, Somewhat mature, good combat skills, great grammar and he shows respect. Good HR Weskerkiller221 - Mrdime10 - Acvtive, mature, amazing combat skills, always polite. Great HR walkerr5 - (had no encounters with him) MasterOfWar10 - inactive but still a great HR shooterguy19 - inactive but a damn fine HR SirGoldTylerSherman - Somewhat active, good combat skills, mature and he is polite. Great HR Xforgerecon - A bit active, good combat skills, mature, he is really respectful. Great HR joshuaip1 - (I had no encounters with him) FIFA142679 - Active, Admin abuses much, interrupts trainings, bad combat skills, inmature, disrespect everyone. I find that he does not deserve HR (my opinion) riffelmacher22 - Inactive, can not shout, mediocre combat skills, somewhat mature, does not listen. (in my eyes, he does not deserve HR) TonyGroce - Inactive, mature, great combat skills, ignores his HRs. (3) I want the old bootcamp back, camp groce is not good enough. It has only 1 obby and 4 weapons total. (4) It should be more fair. The m1 garand is semi-auto and the kar98 is boltaction. So we have an adventage which is not fair. The map could be better.

the guns should bolt action both like springfield and kar98 both are bolt action or m1 garand and gewehr gun both are semi automatic boot camp should be back d day and battle of bulge both seems to be good! but we need some more maps like hill 400 invasion and like paratroopers landing on the landing grounds of france cities and like tank battles and air fight like battle of britain and tank fight map viller bocage tank ambush.there sould be huge map! like some soldiers advacing on tyhe ground with some tanks on enemy defense and some bombers going to destroy some defenses,escorted by fighter planes the defensive team got some german planes to shoot the bombers and kill ground units with stukas! that will be a world war map!
