I think you're forgetting here that you declared war on RAT, not the other way around. If you're not willing to accommodate us, that is your fault and thats the end of the discussion. We wanted three weeks. FC refused to budge because they stated they'd drop activity by then and be less active. YOU guys left and refused to negotiate after we refused to move from three weeks. You never asked for two weeks. You never asked for base updates and 3 weeks. It was simply stated "1 week, or 1 1/2 weeks".
The compromise proposed was that we do 1 1/2 weeks of practice, then fight you 25 RAT v 5 FC. If you won, we'd get another 1 1/2 weeks, else the war starts 2 days later. This is terribly optimistic and not reflective of what actually would happen in the war. Plus, you guys could easily purposely lose and get your way leaving us unprepared.
Are you that unaware of what actually happened, or are you merely attempting to forge reasons to confirm your own beliefs?

To all those that participated in the competition,
thank you for taking your time, in writing a story, for the entertainment of your fellow Frostarians.
I read all the stories and was impressed, by the effort you all put in. This was clearly shown, in the quality of your work.
As a consolation prize -for entering the competition- you will all be given prestige, even if you didn't make it in the top 3. And for those that did make it in the top 3, you will be much more greatly rewarded.
