I'm currently in the developmental stage of Blox Siege, and I was wondering what YOU would like to see in the game!
Just for some context, the game will be round-based, with 2 opposing sides; "Attackers" and the "Defenders". The game will be a spin-off of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege, but I plan to add my own twist here and there, and possibly include some special rounds (such as 'Bank Robbery', 'VIP Escort', etc.).
List potential ideas that you'd like to see in the game, whether it may be maps, round scenarios, or even in-game equipment (nothing too crazy, the game still needs to remain somewhat realistic). I'll consider all ideas listed!

More of a tip than an actual idea.
Don't get too crazy with maps. In a game about strategy like rainbow six siege supposedly is 1 good map is better than multiple 1/2 decent one. Design 1 map around tons of strategys. Then work on a second one.
Well designed maps is what makes mobas so fun to play.
mobas: league of legends, dota 2, smite, strife, ect... ( just examples so you know what I'm talking about ) |

I’ll be sure to include the Wall-Charge, there’s no doubt about it. Anyways, the game wouldn’t be the same without it! I also want players to leave in content with the satisfaction they experienced from the game, a sort of satisfaction that ends with a “boom”, heh heh...

Thanks for the great tip! You are absolutely correct about how Rainbow Six is supposed to have strategic maps over half-a$$ed maps, that require contemplative and tactical planning during the pre-execution segment of the operation. I’ll be sure to do just that, and be sure to quote this if players get pissed that I’m not making enough maps!

Thanks for the offer, but I honestly don’t know what could be worked on! The scripting I must do on my own (not just for originality, but also for the extra practice), and the building I must also do on my own (in order to fit the justified standards that vectorGunner recommended). I'd actually like to see a destruction portion of the game such as holes in a wall when shot or a house having a large hole after an explosive going off. |

I agree with Riotz but also there should be placeable barriers leaning (Which if you want that I have it) Leaning gives a bit of a twist but there should be leaning to make it more "Tactical" Certain Team uniforms more than one spawn area when the match starts (Choose a spawn when match starts
Maybe some long range engagements from like building to building while you have your other guys in like a courtyard breaching a building but I have hopes for this game and I don't want to be let down |

I think you should make it so that each class has a spawn-zone, like snipers will spawn in a "far" away place from the map to snipe but are still able to be killed, that way it can be balanced.
Light machine-gunners can spawn in a medium-long range distance from the map, suitable for a machine gunner.
Personal defense weapon users can spawn close-medium range from the map
Assault rifle users can spawn anywhere.
Also all of these classes can infiltrate these zones, but these spawn zones are best suitable for their weapon of choice.

Oh, also, will you add game-extensions (like DLC) and sell them if/when the game gets popular?

Not really something you can "add" into the game, but rather an idea.
Instead of making it all action, you should make it so players are required to use strategy and plan!
