Dear Citizens,
I come here today to create a petition to impeach Thunderstarcat, our current Chief Justice of the United States of America. Recently, on 5/5/2015 at 20:25, he posted an inappropriate shout that was a "screamer" or "jumpscare" as it led a link to a jumpscare. Now, you might think I'm weakling to bear with this, but this is about others. People could have suffered seizures, or could have suffered epilepsy side effects. This is NOT appropriate, and is an abusive part of shout. It is disappointing to see our Chief Justice posting something like this, that could cause harm. I recommend you sign to impeach him here. This will not be tolerated under the American citizens. Here's the evidence, but I strongly ask you NOT to visit the link.

@JoelBenton, there is a guideline through the shout that you cannot change the group status to offsite links, and this offsite link led to a jumpscare, which could have caused a seizure or side effect of epilepsy. It is plain inappropriate, warning or not. |

No, I believe this didn't violate any rules, therefore this is unnecessary, the shout was removed after 1 minute or so, harmless. |

@Fireband12, people with Group Notifier, (and that's a lot of people) dominates the group. A lot of people could have received that notification, plus it goes on their personal feed under groups if they visited the page while it was up. Plus, people visit the audit logs all the time. It can cause problems, especially in real life. |
