remove the new mouse lock update

it basically ruined "armored patrol" because you need the mouse lock to have decent control of the heli and tanks, we will riot against these new updates by canceling our BC memberships! (witch i already have) who is with me!

also it ruined super bomb survival because you need to play in 3rd person if you want a decent chance of surviving, and the new update basically broke 3rd person.
