People are posting about legitimate issues on here and it really feels like talking to a wall, if they are reading it then they don't seem to be doing much about these issues and they could at that very least say "We're trying to fix this" or "We're looking into this" and take 15 seconds out of their day...

Oh they listen. 'Cept for the fact that there are sometimes even pages full of suggestions that either go against the WNTS thread or even the Terms and Conditions of ROBLOX itself (one popular one being refunds). Checkmate.

Blood I'm not saying they need to be looking 24 hours a day, but they should at least glance at the suggestions with 5+ pages to see if they're legitimate
