This list contains all official war terms for BWEvSF, as agreed upon by RyseOfAchimedas, representing Black Wolf Empire, and muffinman99, representing Skilled Force. No terms can be changed, added or removed without approval from representatives on both sides.
War officially starts on May 11th.
[!] RAIDING TIMES -
-Weekdays - 2:30 PM EST to 10:00 PM EST
(7:30 PM GMT to 3:00 AM GMT)
-Weekends - 9:00 AM EST to 12:01 AM EST
(2:00 PM GMT to 5:01 AM GMT)
[!] WAR TERMS -
-Terminal time is set at 1200 and server size is set at 35.
-SF-BWE only scripts for both groups
-Offensive wins only count to the war score
-30 minute cooldown
-A High Rank must be contacted 10 minutes prior to a raid, and they must agree to defend.
-Each side cannot decline a raid, you must PM a High Rank in either group in order to raid. Paragon + in SF and Colonel+ in BWE; if in the case a raid is denied by either side without proper reasoning, the opposing clan must provide sufficient evidence in order for their claim to be legitimate.
-No pre-flooding, but you may come after the 10 minute rally time has expired.
-Admin abuse results in an auto win to the raiding side if the abuse is severe enough to cause damage to the gameplay.
-Exploits = raid void, if proof is provided that a team did it then a win goes to opposing force.
-Base updates must be approved by both leaders, unless updating admin/very minor updates that will not affect the base.
-Follow all fort rules. Likewise with base updates, fort descriptions cannot be changed without permission from opposing force's leader.
-The first side to gain 20 wins and provide proof is the victor of the war.
-Both sides must have proof of every win, for every raid proof of the start AND end must be visible, recordings and screenshots are required. (A win album would be suggested as it keeps everything clean and much easier).
-Glitching is not allowed.
The following updates to BWE's base must be done by Monday 05/11/15
-Old animations must be added.
-SF members ranked Grand+ are to be added to admin so they can check over logs as requested by RyseOfAchimedas.
-All BWE Colonel+ must be added to admin before war starts.
The following updates to SF's base must be done by Monday 05/11/15
-RyseOfAchimedas, Achalaus and Virtus are to be given admin powers so they can review logs or place their members back to their respective places once raid ends.
-Rules may be appended to this list if both clans' high command deem it necessary for the war to continue fairly.
-Violation of even one of these terms could result in the opposing team being awarded an extra point towards their raid win total.
