im a perfectionist when i was building rnw's fort i restarted 4 times
i dont hire builders or anything like that because they do not share my ideas nor do i trust any paid laborers

yeah uniforms were a bust because 1. razerium bailed because he quit and 2. all the other uniform makers are either too busy or consider themselves too good lol

i had rnw planned out to a very elaborate scale and the magnitude of which i was going to take it was beyond pretty much every non-indev clan that exists today
and yes i am aware of what i can do with a clan and the resources i can procure but thing is i didnt have the time and because of this development would have extended significantly (undesirable for me) and as time went on my availability would have been cut short increasingly
i told wv and i will tell you i dont see myself playing this game in a year and i wasnt going to development a clan for god knows how long only to quit the second its complete
however if i do somehow manage to find myself still on this game in due time
that is the time i will use to regret |

He isnt going to give you the group he is going to own it and let you lead so then when half the people here make the group crap he can exile them and get a decent leader |

it is a shame and maybe if i inquired earlier about rnw i would be leading it right now but i suppose i waited right to the point where my life started to take shape |

Why not bring in the people willing to try, and have them compete as HRs to see who stands out as leaders? |
