I have 14 A*-Cs and I am telling you that all you need to do is get 5 Cs and that's higher than 50% of the country.
GCSEs are more or less just exams you're competent enough to do it at Alevel, and Bs will get you that.
Other than that they're not worth much. |

Universities outside of Oxbridge wont really care for your GCSES outside of Maths and English sometimes, depending on your subject and offer.
And if you think employers will take a look at your b in RE that you did 8 years ago then lol. |

Completed my GCSEs a couple years ago, got 13 A-Cs. They're overhyped by people, nobody should have any real trouble with them at ALL. |

6th forms and colleges only want GCSEs to see if you can take a subject or not, like I said after you preform competently they lose almost all importance.
