As I'm sure you're currently aware, many people in the United Kingdom believe that Patrick's government is inactive.
They're inactive because they live in a different timezone, as the majority of them are american.
Personally, I think Patrick's more concerned about his Twitter page, than he is actually doing his job. Whether this be making up quotes, or posting fancy pictures, he's more interested about his ego, than he is about his actual role. I just think he's in for the title, and so he gains a little more power. But that's my own opinion.
