The Republic Guards (RG) have a couple of Jobs; 1) protect the most important people in AGR, 2) Hold key positions on the battlefield, and 3) Guard the Supreme Senate. The applicants will have to meet very high standards to gain "Trainee" Status in the Guards, then even more standards for entering the Guardsmen ranks itself, and even more for the Guardsmen Leadership ranks. They are called to meeting, raids, etc. for protection or brute force. They are expected to be the best of the best, and they damn well be. The Republic Guardsmen is the strictest division in AGR, and upon entering, you will understand that virtually immediately.

Upon a single glance, women flock to him like lint to a sweater.
-Obtained by being handpicked by the AGR Grand Command to lead the most prestigious division in AGR.
==[2.1] Promotions
Promotions are very rare. The only real promotions that take place are Tier promotions and promotions to the Royal Commandos/Corporal.
The Commander will be MAKING ALL PROMOTIONS. Any Captain that promotes Guardsmen will be suspended for a week if he/she does not abide by the promotion rule.
==[2.2] Demotions
There are no "serious" demotions in the Guards.
Things that piss off the Commander:
> If you do not wear your uniform properly
> speak without being spoken to
> use faces on duty
> Fail to show up at trainings when you are online
> Fail to show up to tier trainings when you are online
> If you mistreat someone
> admin abuse
> abuse your power
> disrespect HRs
> disobey a direct order
> get a complaint from an AGR HR
*It may be an automatic exile, despite how much beef the Commander has with you.
It is the Commander's choice whether to give you the second strike or not. If you look like a noob, you’re suspended until you don’t look the part.
You need to make yourself valuable 24/7, irreplaceable even. Think about it this way, "If I had a strike and (other RG name here) had a strike, who would he pick to stay?" Make yourself valuable to me! If you don’t, I will replace you! When/if you are exiled, you cannot apply for two months.
*The Commander reserves the right to kick you at any time without reason..

There are two main people that the Guards protect:
1) Leader
2) Chancellor
**You may be called to guard allied ambassadors, Senate members, AGR HR members, the Commander himself, or whoever the Commander/Lieutenant tells you to**

-No speaking unless told to or if it involves someone's safety
-Must be in proper uniform
-Guard the front gate
-If C/L joins the game, you protect them. If a Royal guard comes online, he takes your spot and you do your normal job (guarding the gate)

The Guardsmen must follow some rules in order to be the strictest division in AGR.
-RG will use TC in-game. If you wish to speak out of team chat, you must say "PERMISSION TO SPEAK, SIR!" in front of the Commander or Lieutenant. If he grants it, you may speak.
-When you are in a game with a VIP/L/C, protect them.
-If you yourself are not in the Rank with Protection Detail (Royals), but there is a VIP/C/L in-game, protect them. If a member of that rank comes, he will take over and you will do your job.
-EVERY RANK IS TO CALL THE COMMANDER "SIR" OR "COMMANDER." RESPECT HIM. (Same with the Lieutenant)
-Everyone is to respect each other or you will be exiled IMMEDIATELY for disrespect.
-Call the Chancellor "Mr. Chancellor" or "Sir."
-Call the Leader "Sir."
-Guardsmen are NOT to talk whilst on duty. If you speak, you shall speak in teamchat.
-You may give commands to other AGR if it involves the C/L/VIP's safety.
-If someone is harassing you, record/screenshot it, fire if necessary, and report it DIRECTLY to the Commander through skype or pm. (The Commander's skype is located on his profile)
-You have five minutes to show up to any RG event when it is shouted.
-No one is to be within five-seven studs of the VIP/C/L.
-If there is no VIP/C/L in game, you will protect the RG Commander or whoever the highest RG ranking person is. If no other RG are in game with you, and there is no VIP/C/L, you will watch the main gate.
*Have your uniform on when you are on duty. -You may be in other groups, but when you are called to report, you have five minutes to get your uniform and show up, or you are suspended for a week.*
**While suspended you can not show up to any AGR event in RG uniform or any RG event.

You are to wear the uniform at any RG or AGR event. You may take it off after the event or wear it 24/7 if you wish. If you wear the uniform, it must be completley. You can't wear it with half the shirt of half pants, you wear it totally or be suspended for shunning it.
Uniforms for ALL ranks (EXCEPT FOR TRAINEES) are found in the group store. Ignore the name of it, just wear it anyway.

You may ask, why does John have it and it's not in the group store? Well, with the amount of trainees that waste my time by training them and then leaving, I simply will just make a profit off of you for my troubles, instead of punching my wall.
==[5.1] Hat Rules
You are to have a really black head with the ice-nine dronehelm on.
If you can not afford the Ice Nine, you are to wear a black head. (Snake eyes are allowed with the ice nine) NOTHING ELSE. NO TSHIRTS, NO OTHER HATS, NO FACES, NO GLASSES, NO NOTHING.

Anyone seen wearing the RG uniform but not properly will be suspended until they change.
