[1] INTRODUCTION
Hello and welcome to the guidelines of the AGR Republic Guardsmen Tiers. Within this thread, you'll discover information regarding how to join the Republic Guardsmen, an elite and well disciplined division within the Army of the Galactic Republic. Below this text of information, you'll see a step by step path of you career within the Guards which will ultimately gain you access into the official ranks. With hard work, dedication and loyalty towards the officers within the division, you will find your way into the most elite and disciplined division in AGR.

[2] PROMOTION TO TIER 1
Once you first enter the Guards, you will be under the ">>>NEEDS TRAINEE UNIFORM" rank. To get out of this rank, you will end to do the following

*If you can not afford the Ice nine, you must wear a black head with no faces. This means no black masks, no ninja helmets, etc, just your normal Robloxian face, but black.
**While you are in the Trainee ranks, you should have your uniform on 24/7 so that when a training is hosted, you just hop right to it. (it also shows the Commander you actually want to join, and he may take it upon himself to personally train you)
***IF YOU HAVE A SKYPE THAT YOU USE, PM IT TO THE COMMANDER TO BE ADDED TO THE RG CHAT. THIS WILL DRAMATICALLY INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF BECOMING A GUARD. Having a skype will dramatically increase your chances of passing the guardsmen tiers, considering I can just message you instead of hoping you get online. We will also be using skype during guard duties, if you would like you may talk in the skype chat, but it is not mandatory.

[3] TIER 1 TRAINING
Tier 1 is a “Basic” stage for all RG. It teaches the, well, basics of RG and their mission. During a Tier 1 Training, a Trainee is going to come across numerous things, put forth by the trainer. They will also learn the role and important information of the Guards. Here are some things you will be asked:
1) What is the purpose of the Republic Guards?
2) Who is the Chancellor?
3) Who is the Leader of AGR?
4) What is the Code for
a. Chancellor?
b. Leader?
c. "What is your location?"
d. "All Clear?"
e. Very Important Person?
f. Command Center?
g. Shots Fired?
h. Need Assistance?
5) Who is the Republic Guard
a. Commander?
*You are free to message anyone in RG to find the answer to these questions. (Message an official guardsmen though) It will show that you actually want to become a Guardsman.
**You, as the Trainee, will go through this training and pass the questions. When and if, the trainer believes you have passed this training, you will be moved up to the rank of Tier 2.

[4] TIER 2 TRAINING
Tier 2 is a major stage for all RG. RG does not use obbies for training, just as a way of discipline, so you don't need to worry about doing any. Tier 2 teaches the formations, the strategies, and the protocol of RG. During a Tier 2 Training, a Trainee is going to come across numerous things, put forth by the trainer.
1) Formations (What they are)
2) Special Names and Codes of RG (What they are)
3) Rules of Engagement
4) Patrol Protocol
You, as the Trainee, will go through this training and pass the formations and codes. When and If the trainer believes you have passed this training, you will be moved up to the [TIER] Final Test.

[5] ACCEPTANCE INTO THE RG RANKS
At this stage of your career within the Guards, you're close from completing your training, and soon will be allowed to join the Guardsmen. However, you must complete the final test. At this stage, you SHOULD be at the rank of [TIER] Final Exam. The test will include the following;
1. Individual Combat Skills (Gunfighting and Swordfighting, through a TDM)
2. Individual knowledge of the Formations (See Main Guide for them)
3. Individual knowledge of the Codes (See Basic Info section of the Main Guide)
4. Individual knowledge of Patrol Protocol and R.O.E.
5. Grammar
6. The Approval of the Republic Guardsman Commander
If and when you complete the test, you are now an official Republic Guardsmen.

[6] TRAINING
Trainings are hosted on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at 6pmEST at Prophet.
*The trainings are all hosted at 6pmEST at Prophet, the main RG training base. You are free to go there and practice at any time, and it will be duly noted as a sign of perseverance.
**To increase your response time to Trainings/Tests, put the Academy as your primary, or get Merely's GROUP ENHANCER. (You should put RG as your primary too when you enter the Guards to show up easily to guard duties.)

[7] CONCLUSION
You now know and understand what needs to be done to have the ability to join the Republic Guardsmen. The trainings are very hard, but once you get in, there is a boatload of fun and games that we have. It will not be easy, but once you get into the guards, we have loads of fun. We have weekly game nights, fool around in team chat -- my favorite part, and we even have monthly contests. The training you will receive will help you within your career in the Guardsmen, and the status of Republic Guardsmen, in the Army of the Galactic Republic, is highly respected and feared.
