It has been said the Suggestions and Ideas forum is good to share your S & I's to all the Players.
I'm foruming because of a major issue I want to help solve, Verbal abuse.
Numerous players Including me have been bullied and I want to put an end to it.
Roblox should have more monitoring service and more banned words.
There a lot of people who use cussing acronyms like "WTF" or "LMFAO"
That's fine, but if someone is swearing or teasing another player it should be AUTOMATICALLY REPORTED. To help support this forum to eliminate this issue, put the link in your profile and track this thread or/and comment 'Support!' down below.
Also, thank you for reading this and please help us make ROBLOX a Fun and Peaceful game for all players

No, this "automatic reporting system" Wouldn't work, you could be defending a person, or yourself, but then you be reported with this "automatic" system. Also you could just report them yourself.
But I agree with more censored words, you could just replace some words with spaces or other things like this

so adding more filters for that would really help block out space, dots etc..

It'd be a really tall order to make a system that would automatically detect "teasing". Automated systems usually aren't great at picking up the context of something.
Also, I'm pretty sure those acronyms are technically already against the rules, but I've never seen it actually enforced. |

I know a MUCH better, foolproof way to end verbal abuse on roblox.
Do one of the following that pertains to the situation:
1. Leave the server
2. Stop going on that thread
3. Ignore that pm
4. Turn your monitor off and go play outside. ("Umm...what's 'outside'?)
Precede each of these with a report for anything against the rules.
And voila! You are no longer being verbally (or would it be textually?) abused. |

Nope.avi. The report system is the player's responsibility to use, not the system itself.
Stopping bullying is a waste of time in my opinion, as it never truly goes away. My advice: Grow a backbone.
Bullying is a challenge. Face that challenge and become stronger.

If you're on the internet, you should be able to take some mental abuse. Bullying is a fact of life, and I don't think that will change anytime soon. Sure, I also hate bullying, but what you're asking for is unrealistic. Sure, Roblox could make some bullying-detection-algoright-9001-mk-swag-tm-copyright, but no matter what, it would be faulty. What if someone jokingly calls someone else names? What if people are roleplaying that someone is getting bullied? And what is even the definition of bullying??? What are the various degrees of bullying, how do they differ, and how severely should they be punished? All of these are complications that need to be sorted out, and they are similar to some of the biggest questions in lawmaking, society and philosophy. It's not an easy fix, and in many cases it would not be worth it. |

That is very true. I don't know if any will support this forum and I don't care about the comments above. They think I'm absent-minded. That's not true. I ALWAYS take my time to go outside and do exercise. So I have changed the wording:
It should be like the "[Content Deleted]" system.
It's automatic when It detects a word not on the "Appropriate Words" List.
When it detects BULLYING, it should flash "[Content Deleted]"
I think for roleplaying you use names and other things that CANT be detected.
As you can see, I only have this 98% pulled together.
I'm just glad I got replies.
And I love hearing your opinions!
But It's weird that some people comment such weird things.
P.S
I run a mile every day. Is that enough Outside for you guys??
