A few days ago I was thinking about making a new casino, but I want to know if it is legal or illegal on ROBLOX?

Its a game, Gambling is fun, in-fact if you really wanna have fun make game passes to buy money to spend in your casino to further peoples gambling problems along by allowing them to spend their real life money too. |

Gambling is very much against roblox terms of service, violating them can get your account terminated or banned.

It is legal. Pauljkl, a Roblox Dev Member made a casino in his Las Vegas game and plenty of people play it. It would be banned by now if it was illegal. It's not enforcing gambling, so it's alright. |

You bet in-game money to play each game and win back whatever you bet if you win.
For example,
In-Game Money = 1000
You Bet = 1000
Press play, your ingame money goes to 0.
Then if you win you get 2000 in-game money. |

I read the rules, it said no ILLEGAL gambling. So I think a casino would be fine |

Well, in Death Run, you bet points at a sort of lottery to get either more coins or bonuses. Considering that Death Run wasn't banned for using such a mechanic, I'd assume that it's safe to build a casino. I mean, cmon, Pokemon is a kids game, and they have gambling in it. |
