The Swiss Federal Constitution of the Swiss Confederation, also known as Switzerland
Preamble
In the name of Almighty God!
The Swiss People and the Cantons,
mindful of their responsibility towards creation,
resolved to renew their alliance so as to strengthen liberty, democracy, independence and peace in a spirit of solidarity and openness towards the world,
determined to live together with mutual consideration and respect for their diversity,
conscious of their common achievements and their responsibility towards future generations,
and in the knowledge that only those who use their freedom remain free, and that the strength of a people is measured by the well-being of its weakest members;
adopt the following Constitution
Title I
General Provisions
Article I: Aims
-The Swiss Confederation, founded on the belief that all of creation must live in respect for one another, and that the nation’s main responsibilities is to strengthen democracy, resolve to defend democracy wherever it may be, and promote liberty and freedom to all
Article II: Rule of Law
-The Swiss Confederation is founded and governed by a code laws brought unto us by Roblox and the world. It is the Confederation’s duties, to uphold and enforce the laws written strictly on the Roblox Terms and Conditions page.
-The Confederation is also responsible for upholding all just laws passed by the Federal Assembly and approved by the Federal Council to its utmost capabilities.
-Any and all laws imposed on the Confederation by alliances that do not hinder the growth, freedom, liberty, or prosperity of this great nation are to be enforced with as much prejudice as if they were our own.
-No law, whether it be passed or created by the Federal Council or Federal Assembly, may hinder the basic rights of humanity, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Title 2
Fundamental Rights, Citizenship, and Social Growth
Article III: Equality before Law
-All citizens, whether in a position of high authority or a position of no authority, are to be judged equal by law.
-The Confederation is responsible for enforcing the right that all citizens are to be viewed as equals in front of the law.
-All Citizens have a moral duty to uphold laws placed before them.
Article IV: Right to be Diverse
-All citizens, no matter the race or gender, may not impose discrimination or have to follow laws that hinder discrimination against a group
-The power to discriminate a group may only be used in times of crisis, in which case people with direct contact, with evidence that backs the prosecution, may be removed from the direct aspects of society until the crisis has been averted, in which case the discrimination is to end.
Article V: Citizenship
-All people of Roblox have the right to become a citizen of Switzerland
People may not be denied citizenship if they are known criminals or terrorists against another nation or group.
-The Swiss Confederation is a safe haven for all, and is open to everyone
-In a time of crisis, distinct enemies of the state may be stripped of their citizenship or denied the right to become a citizen. At the end of the crisis, the person regains the right to regain citizenship unless they have committed crimes against the state deemed to be threatening to the liberty and freedom of the Confederation.
Article VI: Social Goals
-All citizens have the right to buy property, weapons, retail vehicles, and medical treatment.
-All humans are to be treated socially to preserve the right for peace of man and roblox kind.
-Human dignity is to be respected and protected.
All citizens retain the right to be defended by the state.
Title 3
Confederation and Cantons
Article VII: Confederation:
-The Confederation is charged with the dealing of all foreign relations, economics, defense, protection, justice, financing, housing, transport, education, and research that improve and better the Swiss Confederation as a whole.
Article VIII: Cantons
-The Cantons are charged with the local protection of the unalienable rights given to the people within this Constitution.
Title 4
The People
Article IX: Political Rights
-All citizens have the right to express their own public opinion through the use of politics.
-Citizens have the right to run for office in the Confederation
-A citizen must be a member of the Confederation for at least two weeks to run for office, with the exception of all citizens who joined the Confederation before July 1, 2015.
Article X: Referrendum
-All documents signed by 100 citizens of the Swiss Confederation or more must be looked at by the Federal Assembly and the Federal Council. These documents must be located somewhere within the Roblox website.
-Any document calling for a revision to the Constitution must have the signatures of 500 citizens of the Confederation.
-Documents regarding changes to a law or policy that have in excess of 200 signatures must be brought to a vote within the Federal Assembly and Federal Council.
Title 5: Federal Authorities
Article XI: Federal Council
-The Federal Council is the head of the state of the Swiss Confederation
-The Federal Council is to rule as an Oligarchy when the group does not exceed 300 members.
-Seven members are to be elected to the Federal Council every four months by the Federal Assembly.
-Members of the council, once elected, may not be impeached or removed from office unless they resign from their position.
-The seven positions on the council are the Head of the Federal Department of Environment, Transport, Energy and Communications, Head of the Federal Department of Finance, Head of the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sports, Head of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, Head of the Federal Department of Justice and Police, Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research, and Head of the Federal Department of Home Affairs
-The council is to be headed by a President, who is a member of the council elected by the other six members of the council.
-The duty of the Federal Council is to act as the supreme governing and executive authority within the Swiss Confederation.
Article XII: The President
-The President is a member of the Federal Council, elected by his fellow council members, to represent the council in times of emergency when the council cannot meet.
-They are to act with the intentions and interests of the council, due to the position representing the group as a whole.
-The President is to presume their duties as a normal member of the Federal Council while in office.
Article XIII: Federal Assembly
-The Federal Assembly is the legislative body, representing the people of the Swiss Confederation, that acts in the best interests by the people, for the people.
-The group creates laws that allow for the pursuit of happiness and that defend the liberty and freedom of citizens.
-The Assembly does not form until the member count of the Swiss Confederation exceeds 300. At this point, 10 members are elected to the Assembly.
Members of the assembly serve 2 month terms, with elections occurring on the 15th of every month.
-When the number of group members reach a multiple of 1000, 2 more seats are added to the Federal Assembly, and those seats are voted for in the upcoming elections.
-When the number of members decreases and goes over a multiple of 1000, no seats are to be removed.
-The Federal Assembly is headed by the Chancellor of Switzerland, who coordinates the wishes of the Federal Council with the Assembly.
Article XIV: Chancellor
-The Chancellor is elected every two months on the 7th of that month.
-The Chancellor has the authority to act as an eighth member of the Federal Council and voice their opinions at meetings of the Federal Council, however, the Chancellor has no vote on any matters.
-The duty of this position is to represent the interests of the Federal Assembly within the Federal Council, and the represent the interests of the Federal Council within the Federal Assembly.
-They have no vote on matters within the Federal Assembly unless there is a tie in votes, then their vote decides the matter.
Article XV: Federal Supreme Court and other Judicial Authorities
-The Federal Supreme Court is the supreme judicial authority of the Confederation.
-Its organisation and procedure are governed by law.
-The Federal Supreme Court has the authority to appoint Criminal courts, courts dealing with public law, and other judicial issues.
Title 6
Foreign Policy
Article XVI: Neutrality
-The Swiss Confederation will retain a state of neutrality unless provoked.
-Neither the Federal Assembly nor the Federal Council can declare war without the consent of the other. Evidence is required for a vote to be cast in both organizations.
-A direct and deliberate attack on Swiss citizens is a direct act of hostility towards the Confederation.
-An attack on immigrants and prisoners of the state is not considered an attack on the Confederation.
Article XVII: Declaring War
-As stated in Article XVI, war may only be declared if evidence is shown that proves that an act of violence is being directed towards the Confederation.
-War may be only be declared on another Ro-nation. Conflicts with clans or other Roblox groups are not considered wars, rather as defending democracy and world peace conflicts.
-Attacking a hostile war clan or group that is not an official Ro-nation can be done without the consent of both the Federal Council and the Federal Assembly.
Article XVIII: Alliances and World Peacekeeping
-Any nation or clan that wishes to form an alliance with the Swiss Confederation may do so.
-If allies wish to have direct and immediate aid from the Swiss Confederation, embassies can be constructed, by the nation seeking an alliance, within the Capital of Bern or other cities within the nation.
-Conflicts between two allies that have embassies within Switzerland will not include the involvement of any Swiss forces unless the fighting is done within a Swiss city, in which the Confederation as the option to declare war on either or both parties.
-Nations within alliances that the Swiss Confederation is apart of may seek the assistance of Switzerland in foreign conflicts if the opposition is not an ally of the Confederation.
