Every once in a while our Guild hosts a tournament (NOTE: Only Field Marshal/Lieutenant-General/Major can host tournaments.) for weapons/armour.
If you get 1st place in a tournament you can win a weapon/armour or use your win to rank up, you need to win five times to rank up, and you also need to fight the rank you want to transfer to. Etc. I'm Staff Sergeant and I want to rank up to second lieutenant, you have to fight one of the current second lieutenants and also win five tournaments. (Of course, all this has to be under the supervision of a Field Marshal/Lieutenant-General/Major.) |
