Make decals able to be rotated

For example, if you want a decal on a union with an irregular shape, and the decal is only supposed to face one way(but it doesn't when you apply it), you could change the rotation of the decal.

I can see why this would be used. My only argument is why not rotate the decal before uploading it to ROBLOX. At any rate, I guess you have my support for convenience. It can be done rather easily. "To deny one's humanity is to follow the same fate."
