1. Disbanding Parliament
As you all may know, the Parliament has been disbanded. It has been left by the prior Prime Ministers to grow ineffective. The Parliament has always been in development, and was always highly jeopardized in the hands of unstable Prime Ministers. Therefore, as of Monday 11th, May 2015, the Parliament was declared unfit for role, and was disbanded. This plan will ensure that the civilian side of the Empire, with the Parliament included, is firmly developed.
2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs
A Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been created. The Ministry’s job will be to handle all foreign affairs, involving inter-group diplomatic etc. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is Jason Fletcher. Any questions about the ministry can be directed towards me, Prime Minister Fletcher or the Minister.
3. Ministry of War
The Ministry of War will differ from the other, as there is no minister, but rather the three Branch Heads and the Prime Minister, in a joint effort, manage the Ministry. The Prime Minister and his staff will personally take care of the daily administration, and the Branch Heads will deliver their military expertise.
The Ministry will in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, constantly review our threat level and ability to retaliate hostile events from other nations. The Ministry will furthermore develop War Plans, and in cooperation with the High Command, help the Armed Forces in general.
4. Reinstating Parliament
Once the civilian side of this glorious Empire is functionally working, the Parliament will be reinstated. The King will select Lords and Ladies of the Upper Chamber, while there will be public elections for the House of Commons. The Parliament’s role will be to discuss major issues, and the Parliament will not assemble as often as the prior Prime Ministers intended will. The Ministries and the Prime Minister will maintain the daily government and administration.
Developing London 2015 – A new start
Lastly, the London Project, which have too long been on hold, is finally in its development stages. London is due within the next months to come. London will be the new turning point for the citizens and non-military organizations in this Empire. For one, the Metropolitan Police Service, which will serve and protect the citizens, which the streets of London is home to.
