Account help! Cant access it anymore?

My long lost account is called 7upthegear and if you type 7upthegear in people, 7upthegear does not show up which is my old account back from 2009. I found one of the games i made a while ago and its called 7upthegear's coffee house and favorited it on this account so you can go check it out if you want and i can still access 7upthegear's profile but i just can type in the name in people and for some reason the pass does not work.. I do i email roblox about this and do you think they will give it back? Thanks and no i never told anybody my information for 7upthegear and no i dont download random things that could hack me. thanks!

You may have a false AV,or a sneaky file that installed a Keylogger(look it up) You may have been compromised and someone has took over 7upthegear. I dunno. Just look up your antivirus and see if its legit, or its a PUP, to make sure :) Or it could be a unwanted application messing with you,i dunno. Try the above, and get back if it doesn't work. 777.

Some simple steps to help you reobtain this older account. 1.) Check to make sure this is INDEED your old account and that you are spelling it correctly. 2.) If it still does not show up, send a usernames reminder to your e-mail, it will give you a list of accounts you have created. 3.) Find that username on the list, and send a PW reset for it, from here you can set a new PW and just log in from there, I have no idea what you may find once you are in. The account might be banned, banned accounts don't show up if you search them. Dear math, solve your own problems.
