Lag is still happening at rana. Everyone in my server just had a lag spike lasting 1 minute. Reverting hasn't seemed to work.

The reverting is not to fix it but so the base can stay up but the wins wont count as the GUIs showing it is a win in the war are not there. Similar to what VS did by taking down Vulcan.

TRA is a clan that patrols so we always need a base up.

@blue It's quite helpful for testing to actually have the base up, though. Just be patient and let them fix it.
