◘The Lore◘
Since the establishment of the Monarchy, Zyemis has felt that he simply has not done enough for either his people nor the citizens of Steamson/Columbia. The proof of this is the continuing wars, the unstable chaos, the attacks on the ones Zyemis sees as family. And despite all of this, the only major thing Zyemis has done was watch, until this day. Due to the victory the Monarchy has claimed in the recent wide-scaled battle, Zyemis came to the decision of claiming Dominion over Icarus and swore on oath that he will not only defend but will search out and dominate any who dares threaten the well-being of Icarus and her people. "Playtime is over."
◘Location◘
The results of the Ezclus Monarchy evolving into a Dominion, Zyemis and his people now have numerous Forts yet still only one Temple, this being Mount Iycotis. No longer is this temple located to the far south of GAEA but within Zyemis' own dimension, which heavily resembles the former home-world the Ezclus Fei dwelled within Eons ago, Eztharvian.
◘Ak'a Vyi Test◘
Unlike the pasts tests, or in other words a form of recruitment, these current ones held by Zyemis and his Monarchs are much more serious among the line of deadliness. As of old, the tests consists of the many troubles one may deal with in life. The purpose in this is purely to see how far he will of said subject will go. If the will of the person breaks, Zyemis or either Monarch put in charge will end the test and set the person free to sulk in their new-found misery. But if the person makes it through with his/her will intact, he/she will become a full fledged member of the Dominion. There are no loopholes in this.
◘Motto◘
"Lords of Prosperity, Tranquility, and Divinity that of which we are, will cast out and macerate all forms of atrociousness and treachery that dares to fluster our pillars of light! We will cleanse the pure and valiant people of Icarus and beyond of their troubles, if not entirely, the majority! Our shouts of holiness will not crumble away on death ears, our demands for Lumenary Peace will not be wavered by the dark! As Lumen flows and Umbra sinks, none will shatter our shine of true hope!
◘"Nue"◘
As the true embodiments of light, no longer shall we stand aside and wait to see the outcome of the many situations that occur within Icarus. Instead, the Dominion will and without any hesitation will crush any means of danger that crawls within our line of sigh. No longer shall we simply be the neutral party within Icarus, whatever the situation see's fit, we will fight for what we deem right. We shall drench ourselves in the defeat and self distraught of our enemies and hope for as many we gain, the sooner they will fall. Zyemis and Ayers alone will decide who the Dominion seeks alignment with. The alliances brought forth before the Dominion will most likely be turned down, that or put in momentary questioning.
◘Law◘
As of old, everyone's opinion on ANY situation counts. No ones voice will go unheard. If there is any disagreements about the decisions made by either Zyemis or the other "heads", confront them about it. The ones who either belong or have close friends and/or family within the recent factions of Icarus will be brought before Zyemis for personal questioning. Anyone within or outside the Dominion caught disrupting the natural flow of peace, no matter who you are, will be publicly flogged or left off with a simple demotion or full exiled from the Dominion with a sly chance of return. If you try to flee from the flogging sessions, you will be hunted down and executed on sight.
◘Flogging Stages◘
There are a total of 5 stages of punishment dealt by the flogger and received by the floggie.
-Stage One: Simple things as disobeying a higher up or stealing from the locals and etc will result in a swift smack across the chest.
-Stage Two: Outright disrespecting anyone or anything, meaning racism of any race within Icarus, insulting someone due to relief, bashing someone due to past digression, or anything along those lines will result in four hard smacks across the face.
-Stage Three: Treason, as expected, will not be allowed in any form or matter. Following this, unexplained hate towards Zyemis or others, questioning ones loyalty in a cruel way, using any form of dark magic *only for the members of the Dominion*, spitting at the "Ezclus Fei" way of life, or anything else within that category will get you whipped. 50 lashes.
-Stage Four: Causing rash and unnecessary conflicts within an already troubled world within the minor scale will result in you receiving 40 lashes to the torso and the dismembering of your thumbs. And for the ones capable of regrowing limbs, there will be a spell enabled that prevents you from doing so.
-Stage Five: Causing unnecessary and heavily deadly situations or even holding a huge part in it which resides (this means any type of large-scaled wars) on the major scale will result in immediate public execution.
◘Ranks◘
All of the ranks within the Dominion will be explained in least to greatest in the matters of Authority.
Dominion Expatriates - The simple immigrants/newcomers of the Dominion. The survivors of the cunning and brutal tests they were put through before being accepted in.
Dominion Denizens - The basic members of the Dominion. Unlike the Expatriates, the Denizens holds a more balanced sight on and ways and beliefs of the Dominion. Experienced they are in the matter of respect to the point of automatically saluting Zyemis on sight.
Otium Adepts - This rank is filled with Denizens who openly volunteer to serve the Dominion, however yet to have become full members of the militia. Most of them has not met the requirements.
Otium Experts - Like the Adepts, these selected Denizens are well trained within the art of peace and combat but with some flaws and are full members of the militia. All of them have met the requirements or succeeded them.
Omniscient Visionaires - Brought up from the Otium Experts with there astonishing arts of the "watch", these are the very loyal and crafty espionage members of the Dominion. Often found spying on others for the greater good.
Omniscient Shrewd(s) - As the Visoniaires, the Shrewd is a very important factor of the Dominion. Often foresaw as diplomats in training whom are very good in speech and often dresses nice.
Pedagogues - These selected members were blessed in both the fashion and smarts of a brilliant Shrewd and the swift and downright sneaky feats of a Visionaire. Often referred to as a teacher, Pedagogues usually spend their time within the Dominion holding classes for the Denizens.
High Priests - As the name of the rank says, these members are blessed in the art of holy healing. Despite how Priests are usually depicted, the High Priests of the Dominion are trained in a special art of combat. A balance combination of smite and cure.
Champions - The holy brutes of the Dominion definitely live up to their name through careful selection of the Denizen Graduates. Although not entirely, the Champions of the Dominion acts as sheer dominance and defense for all trouble who comes for the Dominion.
Lumen Suzerains - Being the first tier of King and Queens, the Suzerains each maintain a large quarter of property and order wherever they see fit. Be it as it may they still report to Zyemis for critical decisions on their behalf.
Lumen Masters - The second tier of Kings and Queens, the Masters each maintain a majority of Icarus of which they watch over as its respected protector. Unlike the Suzerains, the Masters have a choice of whether or not they should fill Zyemis in on their "works".
Lumen Lords - The third and top tier of Kings and Queens, the Lords, much like the Masters, have a selected area outside of Icarus they watch over and protect. Often fairly known within their region. The Lords also have partial authority over the other members of the Dominion beneathe the Suzerains.
The Um'bi Ve's - This rank belongs to the two Absolute Monarchs within the Dominion. Bearigan, the first child of Zyemis and Ayersleigh and Sertyx, the native brethren of the Ezclus Fei, an Opexion. Bearigan and Sertyx both have supreme command and say so over anyone beneath their ranks within the Dominion.
The So'vyr Vu - The one and beloved High Prince of the Dominion and heir to the throne, Alkius. He is the adored younger brother of Zyemis and have claimed the right of being the prince before Bearigan was born. There is NO other major difference between the So'vyr Vu and the Um'bi Ve's.
The Su'ven Vi - Being the first member of the late Monarchy, Ayers maintains her high stature as the High Empress of the Dominion. Known for her icey beauty, vass riches and royal features, Ayersleigh is most likely the last of her kind, the Ice Roamers and is the wife of Zyemis. Despite Ayersleigh's formal demeanor, she has the capability of being incredibly crued and rather innocent but at the same time devilish.
The Mu'ven Va - Being the Nigh-Father of the Ezclus Fei, Zyemis is the High Emperor and Founder of the Ezclus Dominion. Claiming the highest amount of love and compassion for his family and people, including the randoms across Icarus, Zyemis stays true to his word in protecting Icarus from all evil, doing whatever he sees fit in doing so. |
